DARRYL W. DURHAM

Darryl serves as outside general counsel for a variety of Kentucky businesses, and has over 30 years of business litigation and healthcare litigation experience.  Darryl has vast experience in all facets of health law and the creation of health maintenance organizations. He has represented  healthcare plans and long-term disability plans in ERISA actions and has represented healthcare providers before administrative boards.  Mr. Durham has also served as a Medicare Part B hearing officer and provided representation before the Provider Reimbursement Review Board.

As a Shareholder and Chairman of the Executive Committee at Weber Rose, Darryl understands the many hats a business owner wears at home, at the office, and in the community.  In addition to being the father of three children, Darryl is a former president of the Louisville Bar Association and the Louisville Bar Foundation, and served on the Board of Governors for the Kentucky Bar Association. Darryl has also served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, was twice Chair of the Community Health Charities of Kentucky, and is a current member of the Public Advocacy Commission.  When Darryl isn’t working or volunteering you can find him on the golf course.
